With growing trend of global mobility fuelled by globalization, job prospects, and advanced technology— it brings a unique challenges in our social enviroment.
This enviroment transition demands substantial time and emotional resilience, often overwhelming especially for those new to the city.
Goal of this project is to lessen the emotional fatigue of adaptation and instill positive relocation experience through in-depth understanding of personal challenges and experiences to uncover insights leading to actionable, meaningful solutions.

Relocation Decisions
Half of respondents moved to be nearer to loved ones, while the rest moved for job opportunity and hoped to form friendships to feel more at home in new cities. This underlines the importance of social connections in relocation choices and settling into new environments.
Interest in Shared Experiences
People enjoy sharing experiences with their friends. This is especially true for experiences like dining, travel, and entertainment, where friends' opinions and experiences are highly valued
Value of Personal Recommendations
Personal recommendations often carry more weight than reviews found online. Interviewees expressed distrust in online review and prefer to get recommendations by people they know in real life.
Maps and Street View
Users use Street View feature to get a feel of neighborhood and local vibe. While they find it to be very helpful, they also noted that informations can be outdated and not reflect to current.
Familiarity with community
With lack of sense of belonging in new enviroment. People desire to find familiar community and wants to discover regular spots they can go.

With the vast amount of content available on the internet, it's increasingly important for users to have a tool that can help them organize and access their favorite websites, articles, and resources. A social bookmarking app can facilitate this.
Geographic Connection
As people move around or have friends in different cities, there's a growing need for a platform that allows them to stay connected in terms of local recommendations and experiences. It's not just about keeping in touch, but also sharing valuable local information.
Lack of Existing Comprehensive Solutions
While there are individual apps that may provide parts of these features (social media, review platforms, bookmarking tools), there is no comprehensive solution that combines bookmark sharing with a social network.
